ik heb de grote stap genomen om de koppakking van mijn Pegaso Tibet te gaan vervangen. Ik heb het blok eronderuit gehaald en heb hem met een boutje op T.D.C gezet. Wat mij nu opvalt is dat de tandwielen met de nokkenas ketting anders staan dan in de manual word aangegeven. Het rechter tandwiel staat horizontaal op 2 en het linker tandwiel staat iets lager dan horizontaal....... Volgens de manual moet de rechter op 1 staan en de linker horizontaal. Manual: Note: Fix crankshaft with locking screw at top dead centre (TDC) (see Chapter "Crankshaft - locking at TDC) Hook camshaft chain over the inlet drive sprocket so that with tensioned tractive side of the chain the mark "E" resp. "C" is at the 3 o'clock position. Note: Only in case of engine version Custom (MOTO 6.5) for Switzerland hook chain over inlet drive sprocket at mark "C"! All other versions are positioned at mark "E". Note: As of model 97 the camshaf t sprocket has rubber damping. On this sprocket the mark is equivalent to: “1” = “E” “2” = “C” “3” = “CH” In this position mount the inlet sprocket to the inlet camshaft and fix it with hex. screw M10 and spring washer . Note: Take care of correct placement of spring washer ! Tighten hex. screw M10 only by hand. Hook the camshaft chain over the exhaust drive sprocket so that the mark "A" is parallel to cylinder head joint facing towards front, keeping the chain between camshafts under tension. In this position fit exhaust camshaft sprocket onto exhaust camshaft and secure with hex. screw M10 and spring washer. Note: Tighten hex. screw M10 only by hand. Insert chain guide fully down into the cylinder head and cylinder. Als ik het blok weer in elkaar zet moet het dan zoals hij was of moet ik de manual aanhouden? Het blok heeft altijd goed gelopen........
